01. Consultation & medical review
A 30-minute in-person visit. We go over your health history, current medications, past surgeries and your goals, and take starting photos and measurements. A $50 booking fee holds your spot and goes toward your treatment.
02. Your slimming plan
If you’re a good candidate and our physician director approves, you’ll get a plan built for you, with clear instructions for use and storage and what to expect week to week. If you start the same day, plan for about an hour and a half total.
03. Follow-up & adjustments
We check in on your progress with photos and measurements, talk through how you’re feeling, and adjust your plan as needed. After your first in-person review, some follow-up visits can happen at your location for an added travel fee.

Your first visit and second visit is always in person at our North Richland Hills clinic. After that, some follow-ups can happen at your location for an added travel fee.
Absolutely. Each person gets their own private appointment, scheduled at least an hour apart, so everyone has time with Wafa one-on-one. If both of you come at the same time, the other one will have to sit outside the clinic waiting area.
