Our commitment

Health information about you is private. We are committed to protecting it, to using it only as this notice describes, and to telling you promptly if it is ever compromised.

What this covers

This notice applies to the health information we create and hold about you as a client of this practice — your medical history, what we assessed, what we treated, the products and doses used, photographs where you have consented to them, and our correspondence with you.

How we use your information

For treatment. To assess you, plan treatment, record what was done, and review you afterwards.

For payment. To bill you and keep financial records.

For operations. To keep required records, review the quality of our care, and comply with the law.

When the law requires it. For example, reporting an adverse event to the FDA, or responding to a lawful order.

What we will not do without your written authorisation

We will not use or disclose your health information for marketing, we will not sell it, and we will not publish your photograph or name. Photography for a results gallery requires separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• See and get a copy of your record.
• Ask us to correct anything you believe is wrong.
• Ask us to limit how we use or share your information — we will accommodate reasonable requests where we can.
• Ask us to contact you a particular way, or at a particular address.
• Get a list of certain disclosures we have made.
• Get a paper copy of this notice, even if you agreed to receive it electronically.
• Be notified if there is a breach affecting your information.

How to exercise a right, or complain

Website enquiries are different

Information you send through the enquiry form on this website travels over the internet and is delivered to our practice email. Please do not include detailed medical history there. Website enquiries are covered by our Privacy Policy; this notice applies to the record we create once you are a client.

Changes to this notice

We may change this notice and apply the change to information we already hold. The current version is always on this page. Effective 14 August 2026.
