What we collect

Through the consultation form on this site we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the treatment you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field. We ask you not to include detailed medical history in that form.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted through our website host and delivered to our practice email. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become appointments are retained for up to two years and then deleted. If you become a client, your clinical record is retained for the period Texas law requires for medical records.

Spam protection and reCAPTCHA

The forms on this site are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which distinguishes genuine enquiries from automated ones. It runs in the background — there is nothing for you to click or solve.

To do that, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page — including your IP address, your browser and operating system, and mouse or touch movement — and sends it to Google, which returns a score indicating how likely it is that you are a person rather than a bot.

We use that score for one purpose: deciding whether to accept a form submission. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or anything else, and we do not combine it with other information about you.

Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you leave a comment or log in as an administrator. Google reCAPTCHA may set a cookie as part of the spam check described above.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.
