Dermal Fillers in North Richland Hills
Reversible hyaluronic acid filler for lip enhancement — adding natural-looking volume and definition tailored to your facial proportions.
Filler adds. Botox relaxes.
These two treatments are constantly confused, and they do opposite things.
Neurotoxin reduces muscle movement, softening lines that appear when you animate. It adds no volume at all.
Filler adds physical volume and structure. It does nothing to muscle movement.
Some goals need one, some need the other, and some need both at different visits. Working out which is the point of the consultation.
We currently offer filler for lip enhancement. If what you need is filler somewhere we do not treat, we will tell you that rather than talk you into the treatment we do have.

Learn more about Lip Filler — Naturally InjectedFiller questions, answered plainly
What kind of filler do you use?
Hyaluronic acid filler. We use it because it is reversible — it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the result is not what you wanted, or if it settles unevenly.
How long does filler last?
Generally 6–12 months in the lips. Filler in areas that move less can last longer. Individual results vary with product, placement and individual metabolism.
Does filler stretch the skin?
There is no good evidence that conservative volumes at sensible intervals leave skin loose. Large volumes repeated over many years are a more open question.
What is the worst day after filler?
Usually day two or three, when swelling peaks. It is not the result. Judge at two weeks.
Can filler be dissolved?
Yes — hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. This is exactly why we use it.
What are the serious risks?
The one that matters is vascular occlusion, where filler compromises a blood vessel. It is rare but it is a same-day emergency. Warning signs are severe or worsening pain, skin turning white or dusky, and a mottled appearance. Seek medical attention immediately if you notice any of these.
