How to read med spa reviews anywhere
Injectable results are subjective and personal, which makes reviews unusually hard to read. A few things are worth weighing.
- Read what the review actually describes, not just the star rating. A review that names the treatment, the area and how long the result lasted tells you far more than five stars and one line.
- Look for reviews that mention being told no. A practice that turns people away when a treatment will not achieve what they want is telling you something useful about its judgement.
- Look for how problems were handled. Complications and disappointing results happen everywhere that treats enough people. What separates practices is what happened next.
- Be sceptical of volume alone. Hundreds of five-star reviews with no critical ones at all is not necessarily a better signal than thirty honest ones.
- Check the source. Reviews shown here are pulled from Google and verified by Trustindex, so they are not selected or edited by us.
